You Will Need:
- 1 pint fresh Blueberries
- 4-5 pears, peeled and chopped
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth. Line two 18”x 13” sheet pans with baking silicone mats. The mixture will stick to parchment or foil. Spread the puree 1/8” to ¼” thick over the mats.
Turn oven setting to warm, approximately 150°-170°F. Place in oven and let dry for 5-7 hours. They should be pliable and flexible when done, not tacky or brittle. Cut into strips and enjoy!
