You Will Need:
- 6 fresh peaches
- ½ cup IronBerry Wild Blueberry Powder
- Juice from 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
Blanch and peel the peaches. Chop roughly and add to a food processor with the powder, lemon juice, and honey. Process until smooth. Line two 18”x 13” sheet pans with baking silicone mats. The mixture will stick to parchment or foil. Spread the puree 1/8” to ¼” thick over the mats. Turn oven setting to warm, approximately 150°- 170°F. Place in oven and let dry for 5-7 hours. They should be pliable and flexible when done, not tacky or brittle. Cut into strips and enjoy!
