High Fiber Blueberry and Kale Smoothie

You Will Need:

  • 1/2 cup Organic Frozen Blueberries (rinsed)
  • 1 Tbsp.  Blueberry Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flax seed
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh kale (rinsed)
  • 2/3 cup almond milk

Directions:

Add all ingredients to the blender, blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and away you go!

Advice:

Yields: 1 smoothie
